SEOUL (Reuters) -North Korean chief Kim Jong Un stated his nation’s final objective is to own the world’s strongest nuclear pressure, as he promoted dozens of army officers concerned within the latest launch of North Korea’s largest ballistic missile, state media reported on Sunday.
